Our Refund Policy

• All amounts owed by the client to SS Global Designs for Services rendered before the agreed cancellation date must be paid in full.
• Fees for partial months will not be adjusted or reduced.
• To protect account security and privacy, all billing-related questions and cancellation requests should be communicated in writing or via email.
• All the calls are digitally recorded and the recordings form a part of the verbal contract between SS Global Designs and the client.

Cancellation of Service

• Cancellation requests will only be processed if made by the initial authorizing party and if received in writing.
• Cancellation requests made after the two-day cooling-off period after the order date will not be eligible for refunds.
• Clients canceling after the cooling-off period for any reason must pay the agreed amount. The contract will be terminated unless SS Global Designs and the client mutually agree on other terms.

Payment

• Client agrees to pay SS Global Designs the full-service fee for any enrolled Service or Program as outlined in the chosen payment plan. This includes, without limitation, all applicable taxes and is subject to the billing terms in place at the time of payment.
• The client, at this moment, understands, acknowledges, and hereby authorizes SS Global Designs explicit permission to automatically debit their credit card or bank account every month or as required by the program.
• SS Global Designs reserves the right to employ alternative payment collection methods, including debt collection agencies. The client shall be responsible for all associated collection costs, including but not limited to attorney’s fees.
